Sleep eludes me. Like a crack addict, I crave a good nights sleep. My husband snores softly next to me (very frustrating). He sleeps, the sleep that I crave. Instead of tossing, and turning I chose to get out of bed and blog. I don't think there are any studies on blogging as a remedy for sleep, but maybe it will quiet my mind down.I have tried a hot bath, benadryl, ambien, please don't suggest milk as causes a horrible itchy rash that decreases my sleep further. Any other suggestions are welcome.
I'm off to sleep on the couch (or at least rest my head on the couch).
